Company Profile

Billco Construction, Inc. was established in September of 1994 by the President, William F. Pageau.  Prior to this, William Pageau was a Project Manager for an Orlando, Florida based company and was responsible for overseeing of the building of the Halifax Outpatient Center in Port Orange, Florida, a 26 million dollar project.  In 1991 William Pageau was responsible for overseeing the erection of the Daytona Beach Regional Airport in Daytona Beach, Florida, a 37 million dollar project.  William Pageau has over 25 years experience in the construction field.

Billco Construction's projects have included completion of over 500 commercial buildouts nationally.  Billco Construction has an approximate four-week turn around time on all tenant build-outs once construction has begun.  Other projects include design/build metal warehouses, hangars and other commercial buildings.

Billco Construction, Inc. is a Florida State Certified general contractor and is licensed, insured and bondable.
